>stainless steel thickness 28.5-29.5mm for 30mm sheets lmao rip Factories try to stay in the lower tolerance zone because it saves beaucoup bucks (6% for material cost overall), but this much would be unheard of in germany, especially because you have to bend and fit the pieces, and having 1mm less thickness basically means the press will push in too deep (it uses reference points and expects the same sheet thickness every time) and the piece will most likely be trash.
stainless steel sheets cost a shitload of money by the way. rip.
